How to download Mobile IM.
On your Verizon Wireless Get It Now®-capable phone:
1. Go to the Messaging Menu
2. Select Mobile IM
3. Select Get New Mobile
4. Select Mobile IM from the list of applications

Once Mobile IM is downloaded, you can access it by selecting Mobile IM from the Messaging Menu.
